Cabins are nice and comfortable. Somewhat rustic. Swimming is excellent. Water is clear and warm. The only problem is the food. Totally overpriced and low quality. We ate dinner at San Simian, which was great.

We stayed at the Posada Ecological la Abuela in late January and the location is fantastic. The hotel only has five cabins and each has a view of the Laguna Apoyo. The setting here is amazing. The hotel in built into the rim of the giant crater that makes up the laguna.
