Very inexpensive prices, super awesome breakfast, the rooms are super clean. The staff very warm. The owner Jose is amazing. Very informative and speaks English. A little bit of noise in the middle of the night due to some young Americans, the staff asked them to respect the rest of the guests but they continue. But overall it is an... More

Stayed here for last night of holiday. Room comfortable & clean enough but had a very poor night's sleep due to lots of noise from seating area by pool/pool. Sadly some noisy American Peace Corps youths gave no consideration to other hotel guests & talked/splashed about in pool till approx 3am keeping everyone who had ground floor room by the... More

A lovely little place in a safe, quiet, residential area. There is a small pool, air conditioning, TV and hot water in the showers. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little disappointed when we first arrived and realised there was no bar and the only food served was the included breakfast... More

We have stayed at this wonderful family owned Hotel in Managua twice so far, June, 2012 and November, 2012. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The service is great, and most of the staff speak and understand English. The rooms are simple, no luxury items. There is air conditioning and TV with English channels from Miami. There is a... More

We stayed at this hotel for a few days in April and it was comfortable and clean. The pool was a bit murky but the grounds of the hotel were beautiful and lush. The hotel is a small family run affair and the employees were either really friendly or not friendly at all depending on who you interacted with. The... More

Hotel Los Pinos was a wonderful find! The hotel is centrally located yet very quiet. The rooms are clean with hot water and a/c. The swimming pool was refreshing after a busy day of touring around the sights of Managua. A good selection of breakfast choices is included in the price of the room. But what makes Los Pinos stand... More

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Nicaragua but I really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were good--nothing to write home about but they were clean and they had a/c (for no extra charge!). I didn't appreciate this when I first arrived but it's so QUIET at this hotel--most other... More

This is a perfect place to stay for an overnight or more in Managua. We stayed here for one night before catching a flight out the following afternoon. Rooms are clean and spacious, pool is very nice, and the owner if extremely helpful (and speaks perfect English, having grown up in New Jersey). Location is good for nearby restaurant area.... More

great little place to stay in Managua. Wonderful owner who is a pleasure to sit and talk with (his English is very good!) and the facility is very nice for this part of the world.

A bit large for being a bed & breakfast. A bit small for being a hotel. Nice garden. Big enough swimmingpool. Breakfast menu is great- 6 different choices with excellent coffee. Its close to the restaurants in the Robles area - 5 minutes walk. Garabato and Tercer Ojo are my favouritrs there. Piratas a disappointment. What i remember most of... More
