If you want to go back to the USSR this is the place for you. Nothing has been done for at least 30 years. Rooms are small, beds hard and bathrooms are falling apart. Price though is small - less than €20 for a twin room. However it's very conveniently located next to Zhulyany airport to which Wizzair has regular... More
