Stayed here for one night after euro 2012 final in Kiev.
The hotel is outside the city centre and difficult to reach my public means (you need to go there by underground and then walk at least 15 minutes from the tube station).
Rooms are "soviet style", with tiny and uncomfortable beds, dirty floor and decadent furniture,
