Only spent 1 night here, found that most everyone had some comand of the English language. We all got along fine. The bar, hidden on the 4th floor is small and cozy. drinks are inexpensive and gthe bartender is freindly. All was perfect ! A fantastic suite at the top of the hotel with view on the ukrainian parlement ( for the price of a junior suite, nice gift ! ). As you may guess from my title, the problem of this hotel is that nobody in the restaurant speak other language but Ukraine (or maybe it was Russian - I coul not make any difference). Arrived late evening in an empty and dark large lobby. No-one there just one lady at reception desk who doesn't speak one word of English.
