Standard of the room was old fashioned but acceptable. Toilet seat broke once(!) and the lack of air condition + hot weather meant very warm nights. We have stayed at other state-run hotels in Belgrade but this is the worst we ever encountered! Rooms were appalling, bathtub was painted over and paint was peeling off, breakfast was unedible, and service varied from rude to indifferent.
