Stayed at Ramada plaza during a short visit to Bucharest in late 2010. Nice rooms, clean, all basic amenities and a very good breakfast. Only downside - Its at some distance from city centre and one needs to plan well given Bucharest traffic. Recommended for short stay. More

With just one exception at the front desk, I found the staff to be incredibly hard working and responsive at this hotel. The price was very reasonable, about $70 through Expedia, which was less than going directly through Ramada.
