I booked this hotel through Opodo, and paid for it online. After I had checked out, the hotel charged my credit card for the room. Even though I was able to prove that I had paid through Opodo the hotel refused me a refund when I called them, insisting I had not paid, and it took Opodo nearly two months to get a response from them on my behalf. I am told that they will refund me - we shall see. Not a happy experience.
