5 mates and myself stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting to watch United in the Champions league. Tempo suited us down to a T. Ideally located within walkin distance of old town (bars) and Just a couple of miles to the ground (national stadium). The hotel itself was sound too, very friendly staff, all night bar (serve ya self... More

I stayed here for three nights in October. The hotel is conveniently located near Piata Universitatii, which has a subwaystation. The Lipscani district aswell as the Palace of Parliament and some malls are all within walking distance. The hotel offers clean rooms, some with balcony, and also free wifi internet, great coffee and a friendly and helpful staff. I would... More

Tempo Hotel is a clean hotel within walking distance of the Old City and other areas of interest. Although we had a non-smoking room, it was obvious that there was smoking in the hotel. Our room was a good-sized one, equipped with a mini-bar; the prices for t he drinks were very reasonable. It came with a Queen-sized bed and... More

Good place to stay in otherwise grey and hostile Bucharest. The staff was very helpful, despite lack of smiling. Room was clean and the breakfast was outstanding - do not forget to try the giant olives! More

This hotel is very nice and clean, although the room that I stayed in was small, but sufficient for one person. Walking distance to places of interest. Breakfast is good and you could order omlette. More

Just two nights in the Tempo Hotel, but enough to feel comfortable, thanks to the kindness of the staff and the informal atmosphere. The rooms are not so big (especially the single ones), but in comparison with other Bucharest hotels they are clean and nice. The snow and the cool weather did not help too much for walking in town,... More

Oh, but I liked this hotel. It passed my first test (are oldish ladies travelling solo put in the worst room in the hotel, or not?), and all the others... spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep, within walking distance of places of interest, generous varied breakfast with good coffee, and - always a bonus -... We stayed in the hotel one night. The room was clean and pleasant, with a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, and we could walk to the center easily. We did not have a car so I don't know about parking arrangements there. The breakfast was very good and in a nice athmosphere More
