The service, cleanliness, and comfort is much appreciated. The cigarette smoke is almost unbearable. The hotel is soaked in cigarette smoke. However, almost EVERY Romanian smokes, so plan on anywhere you go (all restaurants, bars, etc) will be filled with smoke. It's terrible. Anyhow, my room was actually clear of smoke.
