If you plan to visit Bulgaria and look at this hotel to stay in, I can only tell you this: don't!
The hotel is old, crappy, dusty, filthy, moldy.. Everything you don't want in a hotel.
I read people say the location is great. This is about the only positive thing to say about it.

For €35 a night you would be hard put to beat this hotel.
The room and décor are a bit “tired” but you get a comfy bed, acceptable bathroom with hot water, TV with wide range of channels and a mini-bar with reasonable prices.
Breakfast was included and was OK – coffee, juice, reasonable selection of cold meats, cheeses, etc...
