we got the minimum service without smile or good word. we spent a week in the hotel and the weather was very hard - even the wifi service was poor.

It is a very nice, quiet & convenient hotel, located near the ring road of Sofia. It's main advantage is that you avoid some of the terrible Sofia traffics jams.

The staff are very friendly and fanasticly helpfull. The food is great, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms large and roomy. All in all a great base for Sofia and surrounding Mountains. Dont worry about the distance (15-20 mins) to the centre of Sofia, as they use the taxi company 91119 and they are good honest one.

A very fine hotel with just a touch of hidden elegance. Wonderful staff, great food in the restaurants. I needed a clean, quiet, spacious place. This did it for me, and I will be back!

Arrived in Sofia, got taxi from the airport, be very careful when getting taxi's there are alot "dodgy" ones out there and we paid through the nose to get to the hotel!! This hotel is situated in a nice residential area of the city of Sofia. It is, however, quite a way out from the city centre, about a 15 minute drive, but the hotel has a mini-bus that will take you into town and collect you again free of charge, whenever you want, which is excellent.
