Asked non smoking room. Our room was in the non smoking section, but it was clear that there had been smoked a lot. Average hygiene. Good breakfast. We had a lot of problems when checking out. Afterwards it proved that my travelagency had made a mistake. Still I cannot appreciate my creditcard being used without my consent.

The hotel is modern with a very bright hall. The rooms are correct. People are very friendly and efficient. It is pretty well located although not in the immediate center, but in Sofia, everything is close. I recommend this hotel, at least for a business trip.

The Hilton in downtown Sofia is in just the right place. walking distance or easy taxi rides to great places in the city. The entire hotel staff is friendly and most professional. An excellent experience!

Very good place and confortable accomodation with every services. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, in the lobby are present some Mac and Pc for the internet connection and an health club with a swimming pool and a SPA. The breakfast is special but the dinner is expensive and not so particular.

Just to let you understand the service. I have left my coins on the table in my room and I have found them all piled up. At the restaurant I have tasted one of the best tagliatelle I have ever tried. The service is perfect in every aspect

Hilton Sofia did everything that was possible to fulfil my requests. From the airport pickup with an english speaking driver that was really helpful with some city insight to an early check-in without any problem. All member of staff were amazingly helpful and polite. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 7 years - and their staff have been most helpful, friendly with a passion to serve their guests. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Sofia. Corner rooms have excellent view - love them.

Hilton is located in city center in Sofia - 10 min walking. Many resurants can be find there in case you would like to go out for a dinner. There is a park next to Hilton, which is safe for a running. Hotel staff will assist you. Hilton service is a best here, I had ever experienced.
