If you don't mind using the Minsk metro (reading Cyrillic gets quite easy, actually), this hotel is a great choice for value and oddly enough, views over all of Minsk if you get a high floor facing the city (as I did). While I would generally rate this hotel average, I instead rated it very good considering its location (right near the metro, although a little far out from central Minsk) and that you get the feel just from being in Belarus that it is a country that misses being communist, so standards are somewhat lower.
