We spent 5 days at this resort in May 2013. The rooms were basic but comfortable but what stood out for us the most was the excellent service we received. One of the staff members there, "Tutor??" made our stay an amazingly wonderful experience. He went out of his way to learn our names and made our stay personal. The... More

After reading the trip advisor comments I was very sceptical about this hotel which we had booked through a friend so that we were all staying at the same place - thanks to all the pessimists I was pleasantly surprised!! We booked a lagoon front room while the rest of our group booked standard rooms and received complimentary upgrade to... More

We went in September and it was fine, the pool is nice with the swim up bar but hopefully you don't have to spend to much time in your room like we did. The rooms are basic but exactly what you pay for and do the trick! One thing is that you can't swim at the beach Infront of the... More

My partner & I found an internet deal so we got a good price of AUD $705 for 6 nights in Lagoon Front room. Which in cook islands was great value. For that price we are giving it 4 stars. View from Lagoon Front room and tables & chairs out the front was awesome . We hired a scooter and... More

Stayed here for 10 days, the staff from front of house through to cleaners and maintenance workers are fabulous, friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. I came with very very low expectations after reading the reviews on this site and amazingly it was much better then I expected and would recommend to others however make sure you... More

We didn't have high expectations, as we had booked a particularly inexpensive flight and hotel deal for 6 nights, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our standard, self catering room had a spacious bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. The air conditioning worked (always a bonus!) and while the furniture was a bit old the linens and curtains were bright and clean. Breakfast... More

My wife and I stayed here in late January. While 'you get what you pay for' is valid, what we EXPECT (no matter how much/little is paid) is some service and clean facilities. Other reviews have mentioned the attention to the gardens (which was good) but more effort needs to be put into the other facilities and the service aspects.... More

As mentioned in other reviews, this place is in desperate need of a refurbishment. However as a place to put our head it was perfect. Staff great and very helpful and caring. Pool with a bar in it great and well used by us. The dinning area outside with waterfront views awesome. No you can't swim at the beach but... More

We stayed there for 3 nights. Just the rule of thumb anything in Fiji and Cook islands less than 200.00 a night is not pleasant!! The exterior is kept clean and staff are 24/7 looking after the appearance of restaurant, beach side, garden, .... BUT the room was totally beaten up. The mattress was totally worn out, super old sheets....... More

Dirty, run down, poor service, Loud we couldn't wait to get out of this place.....(whilst on our HONEYMOON) I would overlook this as an option if travelling to Rarotonga Only thing Positive I must say is that the grounds were well kept.
