I stayed here in November of 2009. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I think I paid $45 per night. They give you a discount when you give them a copy of your passport which is nice. A foreigners discount. This hotel is right across the street from Hotel Iberia. Both looked nice. I picked Sur Hotel based on its TripAdvisor ratings and price and was not disappointed.
