We stayed at Quinta Patawasi for four nights. Staying in Urubamba is a good way to avoid the higher elevation of Cusco while acclimatizing to the altitude. The food was great, the room was fine, and Jim, our host went out of his way to show us around and acted as our tour guide (for a price) for a trip... More

We loved Quinta Patawasi and had a wonderful experience. Jim acted as a tour guide for us and arranged our trip throughout the Sacred Valley and our trip to Macchu Picchu. We couldn't have asked for a better trip for our honeymoon. More

I have only positive things to say about Quinta Patawasi and the experience with Jim & family! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Peru. Our trip: My friends and I spent 3 nights at this B&B last week, as part of a larger 10 day trip around the country. This was our first trip to Peru,... More

We spent 6 days in the Sacred Valley, staying at the charming Quinta Patawasi. The host, Jim, a Peruvian American, is warm and accomodating. We used Jim's airport pick up service, and it included an informative intro to Cusco and the Valley, and a stop at a weaving collective en route. Our room was charming, spotless and very spacious (though... More

We just got back from a fabulous stay in Urubamba with Jim @ Quinta Patawasi. We loved this B&B. From the moment we got there, Jim couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The B&B itself is very nice, the grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers/plants etc in a large garden. There is also an outdoor brick oven which... More

Was scheduled to spend three nights here, but do to a strike the owner Jim Rogers advised that we spend two so that we would not miss anything scheduled in Cusco. Was a shame because the two nights spent where the best spent in Peru. Jim met us at the air port and served as our driver guide for the... More

My mother and I loved our stay at Quinta Patawasi with Jim and Antuca Rogers. Jim picked us up at the airport and Cusco and gave us a tour along with way (with a stop in Chinchero) to Urubama. The meals and rooms were great at Quinta Patawasi. We had both breakfast and dinner there. And we ate out at... More

Our wonderful hosts Jim and Antuca Rogers were so hospitable. Breakfast is included in the rate and is different and delicious every morning (ie: pancakes, cereal/fruit/yogurt, porridge, etc). Dinner is also available for a reasonable price. Jim speaks English and also acts as a wonderful tour guide. Also arranged transportaion for us from/to Cusco. We stayed in a lovely suite... More

I loved this B&B. We were on a mostly package tour staying in 3 and 4 star hotels so I was a little wary of a bed and breakfast in a 3rd world country. Boy was I wrong! This place was amazing! The views reminded me so much of the canyonlands of Utah, and the place was just beautiful, warm... More
