“Great hotel for Americans visiting Lima”

I recently stayed at the Hotel Regency with friends. We were visiting from America. The staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure our comfort, and they were extremely patient with our limited Spanish speaking skills. The hotel is in a safe area-Miraflores. Hotel Regency in Lima is NOT an REALLY VERY BAD hotel but it needs VERY serious improvements.. SO WATCH OUT!!! Regency advertises access to INTERNET - but it provides NO INTERNET! It advertises spacious rooms, but when you purchase a "standard" room, you do NOT get a spacious room at all.. It advertises with photos of their SUITE (room 101)... More
