The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is tasty and fresh and the personnell is glad, polite and helpful. Public internet is free. The location of this hotel in Miraflores is excellent, eg. Kennedy Park and Larco Mar shopping centre. I can recommend this hotel.

Great location for walking all over Miraflores neighborhood. A few blocks from the beach, as well as a few blocks from the big artesania market. Rooms are average but clean. Breakfast is good, many options as well as coca tea. Front desk was very helpful finding restaurants for us.

We were booked at this hotel with our Adventures Abroad tour, which let us know in advance that our accommodations would be "3 or 4 star" and nothing fancy. The girls at the front desk of this hotel are incompetent, but the bell boys particularly Marco is outstanding. He should be at the front desk. During our stay he recommended restaurants and was very catering. The hotel does have wi-fi and two computers in the lobby that you can use.

I would hardly characterize the Agustin as “exclusive.” It’s a pleasant enough hotel with an intermittently helpful, if pleasant, reception staff. The rooms are nice, but utilitarian.
