There is nothing risky about this hotel. Starbucks next door, a pharmacy with phone cards and water, and an English speaking staff. The drivers are great. I have stayed here multiple times, with decent Spanish and a non-spanish speaking spouse. Great choice. Libertador should be rated higher throughout. More
