Booked a trip through Inka Wasi Travel in Florida which by the way is the worst travel agency to book your trip through. I warn you do not book your trip through this travel company.

Anyway, this particular hostal was definately not a pleasant stay. the first night was freezing and we did not know that they had heaters at the front desk until the second or third day. You figure they would of told us, it is called hospitality.

The first morning we wanted breakfast, they had out bread, butter, jelly, coffee, and juice but could not make anything else because they had no propane for the stove.

One of us asked not to clean the room and they completely ignored the request. Another one of our group was robbed of money right out of her purse.

Also, the whole hostal which is only two floors has wooden floors where you can hear everything no matter where your room is.
