The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is good in San Blas, only a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall very good value. This is the second time we have stayed at the Casona and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for a week in April. Location is great as it is up the back of San Blas so it's quiet. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were well equipped and the heater was appreciated! There's not a wifi signal in every room. Minor inconvenience to sit outside or in common room to get Internet.

We stayed here for just under two weeks following surgery I had to have. The whole stay was wonderful and there was nothing to fault at all. So beautiful and great attention to detail. Really friendly staff too! Hot shower, heater in the room, down comforter and bolster. Great breakfast and excellent coffee:) Close to everything! I needed some comfort after a month of traveling on the cheap...this place was just lovely! Thank you!!! I'll be back:)

An exquisite small guest house/hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We were there in October 2012 just before a recent change in ownership but met the new owner and she was friendly and welcoming. Staff was helpful and friendly. All and all a wonderful place to stay.

Used this as your base in cusco as we did the inca trail. Only 5 blocks from Plaza de armas and surrounded by good restaurants.
