Without hesitation, our six nights at Casona les Pleiades will be repeated when we return to Cusco. This small hotel with probably eight modest but clean, comfortable and attractive rooms has a staff that is welcoming, solicitious and helpful. If you need assistance with tours, a guide or reliable information on how to make your own trip arrangements in and... More

Excellent service. Very helpful in orienting the new comers and arranging tours. Even though some of the staff could speak minimal English, they were very helpful in trying to communicate with us, e.g. where to eat, where to exchange money, when to have breakfast, getting a taxi for us, etc. We stayed at Room 4 on the 1st night, and... We booked a twin share room for total of 6 nights during our Sth America trip. The room was nothing special, just basic and it can get super cold at night. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good for the price. Go for it if you want something decent but not too much over the budget. More

We stayed here for four nights while visiting Cusco. The owners, and staff, are very, very friendly and helpful. The beds were the coziest we slept in during our visit to Peru! The location in San Blas was perfect as everything we wanted to explore was in easy walking distance. On Christmas a yummy and thoughtful treat was left for us. More

I have to admit that I thought it will be another kind of place, maybe more fancy, but at the end, it really doesn't matter, because Phillipe and their staff are unbelievable nice, gentle and helpful. The helped with all the tours, spent a lot of time explaining about the drill and giving us tips of Cusco and Macchu Pichu.... More

We stayed here for 4 nights before our Inca Trail hike and 1 night on our return. Melanie and Phillipe were very friendly and helpful and made our stay in Cusco very enjoyable. The B & B is very well located and we were able to walk around Cusco. More

Warm, friendly, comfortable, well-located B&B. Phillipe and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Stayed 3 nights before hiking inca Trail, then 2 nights after returning to Cuzco. Enjoyed all 5 nights. More

Stayed here for four days before hiking the Inca Trail and two days after. Phillipe and his staff did everything they could to make us feel at home during our stay in Cusco. Also, the location in San Blas is great. More

I can't say enough great things about our stay at Melanie and Philippe's charming B&B. From the warm welcome we received upon arriving (complementary airport pick-up arranged - the day before no less :)), to the spacious, clean, tastefully decorated rooms, to the amazing breakfast, and the courtious and friendly staff (Erin always had a smile on her face!). Not... More

Located right around the corner from the Plaza San Blas, Casona les Pleiades was only 4 (admittedly steep) blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The location turned out to be truly perfect with great restaurants steps away. The tucked away location ensured a peaceful escape from the bustle once the day of exploring was done. The rooms are comfortable, nicely... More
