Clean, close to the city centre (even if it is up a steep hill), great bar and some decent food. A really nice atmosphere. Its close to some nice markets, and the staff are great. You can also leave our bags here while you do your treks.

If you want to sleep make sure you're not in a one of the rooms near the bar, things don't settle down until late. The rooms are quite dark and some of the bathrooms stink. Its dirty so do not expect to be clean. most people complaint because its up a hill + cusco is really high, but that did not affect me. I just did not like the dirt. Parties are good though.
