The Terra Andina was our choice on recent trip to Cusco. The hotel staff are very nice and the property is clean. Breakfast hours start at 5am which is perfect for early morning travellers to Machu Picchu. We stayed in room 201 - if you are given this room you should ask for a different one. The room has poor... We used the hotel as a base staying 4 nights over a week in and around Cusco and found the Hotel very accommodating in our comings and goings. e.g we returned to the Hotel very early (5am) one morning by overnight bus from Puno and the Hotel let us have breakfast this day in lieu of the next day when... It is possible that we simply drew the short end of the stick, but our experience was hugely dissapointing. If you happen to stay in this hotel, for the love of god stay away from room 201. It is a standard room but was by far the smallest hotel room we received in Peru, despite it being the most expensive... More

My brother and our families (9 of us in all) stayed at the Terra Andina before and after our Inca Trail Trek. The rooms were clean, the staff exceptionally helpful and the breakfast fresh and tasty. We stored our luggage as well as some electronics without incident. We used the airport shuttle service and they were there and waiting for... More

Extended a business trip in Lima to visit Cusco and Machu Pichu so I was concerned with price. Got a great deal Hotel and Airfare from internet and was very satisfied. Staff service was amazing...booked private tours to sites, helped with recommendations and directions. Very very friendly and professional. WIFI worked great in my room and had a great breakfast... Our first encounter was not great with the hotel, however they ameliorated the situation and our brief stay was pleasant. Our stay included airport transfer, which was GREAT as there are shady characters ready for "fresh meat" at the airport. Angel came with a sign of the hotel and our names, which was easy. They don't have their own shuttle... More

Lets start this with the staff. Amazing! They really were all great and very friendly and helped me as much as they could. Even had their porter run to a pharmacy for me to pick me up high altitude prescription(highly recommend you get them). The rooms were average at best with a comical shower. Had to play a game of... All the staff are super Helpful and accommodating, we did have a noise issue the first night in room 101 and they moved us no problem, we also came back here after doing the inca trail and the bags were stored and ready when we needed them and the transition was excellent. Few blocks from the main square, but good... More

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I stayed here twice. The first time I flew in from Lima and arrived at 9:30 AM and was met at the airport by a driver and guide (they offer free pick up to the hotel). They have an early check out time of 10:00 AM so I was able to... More
