I know I may be one of the few people who don't love this hotel, but here it goes anyway. First of, I have to say that the staff was very lovely and very nice. They were helpful in directing us to where we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and basic. It was definitely very comfortable. My only... more

This was a fantastic place to stay - just like all the other reviewers have suggested. Keep in mind that Cusco is 11000 ft up. A lot of people have trouble adjusting to the altitude. Machu Picchu is around 9000 ft. My friends and I flew into Cusco and stayed in the Sacred Valley (8000 ft) for a couple days... more

i stayed in a private room with a ensuite at this hostel for 2 nights. the room was big, the furnishings were basic but the beds had big wool blankets which was nice because it got very cold at night. the bathroom was functional and had hot water. skip the breakfast, it seemed a little over priced but there is... more

This is a great hotel. Excellent structure with tables in the shade or in the sun. Plenty of coca tea, which helps the first couple of days. The staff was helpful, they helped us out with a phone call we had to make. They lined us up with a great drive, his name is Carlos, I would recommend him for... more

This is a hotel with a difference, as the profits go to help street kids in the local area; not only this but you can see the project in action! We stayed in Ninos II twice and Ninos apartments once (Ninos I was fully booked - a good sign). Our room in Ninos II overlooked a small courtyard and the... more

We stayed at the Ninos II hotel for a total of 5 nights while in Cusco. It was a great hotel. The staff was very helpful, helping to carry our bags up to our room while we struggled due to the altitude! Our rooms were nice. We stayed in Janeth and Gladys (they name their rooms after the ninos!). We... more

We stayed in Ninos I in October 2009 and will remember this oasis in Cusco as one of the highlight of our Peruvian trip. Lovely spacious room with character, very friendly and discreet staff, excellent value for money and all this for a good cause. I would highly recommend this hotel. Enjoy! more

My husband and I stayed at Los Ninos for 5 days in July and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The hotel is charming, our room was very comfortable, the water is hot, hot, hot, and the breakfast in the morning were very good. We would have enjoyed this hotel even if it did not have... more

Such a nice place. As some flights from the US arrive in Cusco early in the morning, I had to wait awhile to get a room, but the friendly staff were quick to bring me coca tea & cookies to eat in the dining area by the fireplace. I stayed before and after my trip to Machu Pichhu and in... more

We stayed in Ninos hotel 2 for 2 nights before a trip to Machu Picchu and another night after that. Our hotel (ninos 2, not ninos 1) is located on Calle Fiero which is about 15 minutes walk from the city center. Its located in a nicely restored colonial style building centered around a spacious courtyard. Cusco is a great... more
