This hotel is in a good location only a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are well kept but its an older building. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were willing to help whenever we had any questions.

This rooms face the courtyard - one is roofed over (where breakfast is served) and the other is open to the air and can have some lovely sunshine and pretty ivy. But the fountains don't run, there's construction ongoing (starting...Early...and with Enthusiasm), the rooms are dark and claustrophobic. One reading lamp didn't work. This hotel is rated 3 stars... but it worth none. The rooms are very dirty, there is holes on the roof and carpets are perforted. Only 5-7 minutes of hot water. And finally, we found an ALIVE WORM (see the photo) in the fruitsalad in the breakfast (which was very poor, the bread was dry...)

My sister & I are staying here now. Hotel is OK ... clean but nothing fancy. Staff attempts to serve your needs. Other poster is correct, breakfast is included but only cold bread & coffee.
