Located just beside the main square with very helpful staff. Rooms are dark with minimal natural light, there are 2 on 2nd floor which have balconies overlooking the square, ask for these. Next to a night club, but amazing ear plugs provided, didn't hear a thing More

Located just off Cuzco's main plaza the convenience is weighed against the noise from the late night clubs which you can also wake up to! The hotel provides heavy duty 3M earplugs. The staff are extremely helpful speaking from some to good English. They helped us with trip planning, internet booking, and taxis. Breakfast is cereal, bread, fruit, juice, eggs,... More

The hotel is beutiful and located a few steps from the main plaza and other main attractions. the staff is friendly and helpful. The Inca wall at the hotel is fabulous. the manager was really nice and help me arrange my trip to Machu Picchu. Our room was nice and cozy with a jacuzzi. I would definitely come back and... More

Like others, we were expecting a bit more for our $100 a night. Indirect sunlight through angled windows in the ceiling, all windows sealed shut so no fresh air, and the "cama matrimonial" wasn't even a queen-size bed but two twin beds jammed together with a big gap between them. The local nightclub doesn't help matters: it's loud as hell... More

One of the best hotels I stayed in Peru. It's located right next to the Plaza de Armas (which is the best place to stay in Cuzco) and you can find a tour agency in front of it and a hiking accessories store just a few steps away. Not to mention the restaurant El Tiburon that is located in the... More

The location is great at plaza de Armas, Cusco. The staffs are friendly, speak good English, and all ready and willing to help guests. The rooms are clean and smell nice. Breakfast is good, with fresh fruits, fresh juices,. They serve the regular continental breakfast, you can take as much as you can eat. There is an elevator inside the... More

Well, the hotel is well located; it is right by Plaza de Armas and close to a lot of restaurants (Inka Grill, Chi Cha and Fallen Angels are my top choices). We spent two nights at the Del Prado prior to the inca trail to Macchu Picchu , our first room was nice, big enough for two people, decent size... More

I really liked the location of this hotel. It was steps away from the Plaza de Armas and other attractions. My room was an inside room with no outside window (the only window was a view of the stairwell), and it was much smaller than I expected. A window for ventilation would have helped with the altitude sickness, but all... More

Overall, a good hotel that includes most amenities. Very cozy. Stayed in a room with windows only overlooking the internal atriums, so at times a little stuffy (and our room did not have A/C). The only major problem we encountered with this hotel was the loud music from the club across the street that continued until 4AM on weeknights! From... More

The Del Prado Inn is a gorgeous, well-functioning hotel with one very big problem - it's basically sandwiched between two nightclubs. We stayed at the Inn for 6 nights all up - four before going to Macchu Picchu and two afterwards. Our room the first time around was very small, but it was comfortable enough and the staff did all...
