We booked a quad room for 4 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped us find wonderful tours. It is centrally located just a few blocks from the main plaza. The room was comfortable, very clean and cozy. I look forward to our next stay!!.

We had the best service in this hotel!!! The staff are very helpful It is about 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. We stayed here for about 6 days. Breakfasts were good, but the eggs were always way too oily! Rooms were cozy. Sometimes the tv or heaters will not work due to electrical issues. Hotel is quiet.
