This family run lodge was great. My wife and I stayed here for four days as we acclimatized to the altitude. The staff was very helpful. They would prepare breakfast for us early in the morning on days that we had scheduled day trips and had an early start.
The rooms were modest and had everything we needed. They also...

Spent 10 days in Cusco and enjoyed my stay at Llipimpac. The hotel is a colonial house centrally located in Cusco and away from the traffic. My bedroom was cold at night, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts (huevo frito, bread and coffee) was delicious. Staff were so friendly and helpful and made me feel so welcome. I love plants...

We didn`t have time to make a reservation for the hotel in Cusco in advance and when we tried to book a hotel a night before our arrival every place we liked to stay at was sold out. We found this hostal. Overall the place was not bad. The room was nice and clean. It says on the hostal website...

Staff is very kind and helpful, but only owners speak English. I was very disappointed at this Hostal after staying at Hostal Inkarri. They are of the same price range but Hostal Inkarri by far superior. Plus side -- cute hotel with nice decor and close location to city center. Negatives -- no wake-up service (alarm clock they gave me...

we stayed there 2 nights in May, 2010. It was recommended to us by our hostel in Lima. Loved the experience. Location is within walking distance to Plaza de Armas and about 3 blocks from train station. very quiet, inside of a block of buildings. It was very clean, the blankets so comfy! The rooms have TV.
They also offered...

I almost don't want to write this review... because Llipimpac is a hidden gem. But in a town full of over-priced touristic nightmares, Llipimpac was amazing. It was one of the nicest rooms I had in all of South America. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were spotless and so comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. And the location was excellent....

I absolutely LOVED Hostal Llipimpac. It was a cozy local-owned hostal that was decorated nicely and provided some extra touches that really impressed me.
Dan and I had originally stayed at a backpackers but the double room there had no character and was very cold. So we spent one full day walking around Cusco looking at different hotels. This was...
