We stayed here as part of the G adventures tour to the Inca Trail. I had read several reviews before arriving which had given average to negative reviews so wasn´t expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is central in Cusco so easy to get around on foot. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the beds were warm.... More

I stayed in this hotel as part of my Inca Trek tour with G Adventures. The room was included in the tour (at the start and end of my trip). The hotel was okay, but if I was booking a hotel I'd book elsewhere as there are much nicer ones. The price advertised in the room is way overpriced (though... More

This hostel is very average. The staff were very unhelpful and disinterested. However the tours arranged from the hostel by g adventures, especially the inca trail, were excellent. Its not a particularly noisy hostel but it is on a side road so we could hear lots of shouting from our room at night. Breakfast was very limited. Showers were hot... More

For $50AUD a night this hotel isn't bad. Keep your expectations low and you won't be surprised! We stayed in 2 different rooms both with a double and single bed. Beds are hard and rooms are very basic. A lot of TV channels to choose from when your sick in bed from the altitude! No lift at the moment but... More

We stayed here as part of gap adventure 4 day walking tour of inca trail. The reception staff were quite rude and unfriendly. We were on the 4th floor with no elevator and walking up the stairs with bags and associated altitude was a nightmare!!! We stayed in 2 rooms over 2 nights! The first room had pathetic water pressure... More

The front desk staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. We stayed here with G Adventures, and many of our mature group found the reception staff rude. Expect a very noisy stay, as walls are paper thin and the groups that stay are younger. You can hear everyone coming and going, in hallways and other rooms. WiFi signal is not good. Many... More

We just got back from the Cusco, Peru areas yesterday. What a great trip thanks to CuscoPeruViajes who coordinated our trip. When we travel we love to stay at smaller locally owned hotels that are not luxury American owned hotels. The Prima Hotel is one of these which is very well ran, cute, and clean making it a great place... More

Lots of group tours stay in Hotel Prisma so it tends to get pretty noisy at certain times. The rooms are small and basic (though with the large flat-screen TV that seems to be a prerequisite for Lima hotel rooms) - mostly wooden furniture. Pillows are flat and rather uncomfortable. Fortunately, the showers have lots of hot running water. Location... More

We stayed as part of a G Adventure trip. Our first room was very nice,.. quieter than that on the second visit when we were properly tired. The first room was large, quiet and comfortable. The second visit saw us in a room on the second floor. The rooms appear divided by very thin walls. We heard everything from staff... More

Like a lot of other reviewers, I stayed here on a GAdventures tour--the company is well represented here (there's a desk in the lobby). The rooms are clean and basic-similar to what GAdventures uses elsewhere, and were this review based solely on the rooms, I would have given them a higher rating. The hotel is well located in proximity to... More
