Great hotel with all the things you could expect when visiting a city for the first time. Sandra at the front desk is the best....she went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable !! This hotel has a beautiful courtyard reception area and great service. The bedrooms are a little dated but very clean, comfortable with great superking size beds and lovely bedding. Colonial house meticoulusly restructured with lots of antiques but with a modern eye; the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed. This is not a large hotel, which we appreciated. We stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately the first day I was pick pocketed at a festival and my room key was stolen. Their response time was under 20 minutes and the locks were changed! We probably had one of our favorite dinners at this hotel! I love this hotel chain! more

This is a fantastic building, the original part built by the Spanish in 1794. Many original looking features (paintings) and inner court yards.
