This is a wonderful hotel in a great location in Arequipa. The hotel is spread out amidst beautiful grounds and is quite welcoming. Our room was very spacious and had a nice little table to sit at and enjoy a take out meal. My main complaint is with the hardwood floor that didn't seem to be as clean as I... More

We spent one night at this hotel whilst visiting Arequipa. During that time I lost some travel documents and had some difficulty contacting my travel provider. The office staff were very helpful and assisted me in contacting the right people quickly. Services such as laundry, extra pillows and morning wakeup were similarly 'no problem'. The hotel is a quirky mix... More

Breakfast in the sunny garden was delicious. Our bedroom was warm as it had two windows to the setting sun . A very big thanks to the travel agency , Giardino, and above all to Lourdes Perez Wicht ,in the hotel, who provided us with oxygen and helped us having an easy trip to Cotahuasi. More

This is a very friendly place not far from the center of Arequipa. The outdoor setting for breakfast and other meals is pleasant and the hotel is kept very clean and well ordered. However, the rooms are small and the beds were uncomfortable the two times my wife and I stayed there. There are several other hotels in Arequipa that... More

This is a lovely place to stay surrounded by beautifully kept gardens. The staff were very helpful and friendly for our whole stay. They were also very understanding when our itinerary changed at the last minute - they changed our reservations with no problem at all via email and they were always very quick to respond. The rooms themselves were... More

Real clean and nice place in AQP. Clean, with nice and comfy beds. Plenty of visitors, but everyone keeps to themselves. Real big breakfast wih hot and cold foods. I highly recommend this place, since it;s close to everything and they can help you with almost anything. More

We stayed for 3 nights and the first night was awful! We were given a suite with 2 room because we are a family of 4. It was in an old part of the complex. It was like a seedy motel room and although superficially clean everything was tired and worn out making it appear dirty and grotty. The water... More

Together with friends (total of 6 children and 4 adults) we have visited Peru (Arequipa, Colca Canon, Puno, La Paz, Copacabana, Sun Island, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Manu National Park) during 3 weeks. And the breakfast in this hotel was definitely our favourite! Great buffet with fruit, different juices, cereal, different types of bread etc with breakfast tables placed in the... More
