The owners Celso and Gulnara speak fluent English , not common on Isabela . Gulnara is a very, very kind women , she teachs English in the local school and Celso is a naturalist guide . He knows everything about this magnificent island. Carthago Bay is located in the mangrove ,close to the beach .It 's quiet , the rooms... More
