We had a two night stay in a very comfortable and quiet room. Outside our window we were able to watch the humming birds fly around, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious, with the presentation being quite beautiful. Staff and management were very service oriented and went out of their way to be helpful....

It’s a very comfortable hotel. The bathroom was the best part: spacious, sparkling clean, with a bathtub and immediate hot water (no waiting until it heats up!) The beds are comfortable and spacious and there is a selection of pillows.
The hotel has a lovely little garden with chairs and four playful cats.

Hotel Victoria provided great accommodation when we stayed two nights in Cuenca. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The views from the back of the hotel and from the restaurant are very interesting.
