In an otherwise dusty, confusing, and largely unattractive city the newer Radisson is somewhat of a soothing, welcoming oasis. This is a pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is indistinguishable from Radissons in the States. The location is not particularly special but taxi rides are inexpensive. Individual trips to out of town tourist attractions can be arranged with hotel drivers (Juan Carlos is a very good driver) for reasonable fees. more
