Club rooms are great. Fit out very high. Internet speeds excellent. noise levels between rooms average. laundry service excellent. resturants in hotel average. concerige excellent and very helpful. Gym averahe equipment. Club level 10 has meeting rooms and separate breakkie and sun downie which was great. One of best quality Sheraton's I have have stayed in globally.

Everything was perfect at this Sheraton. Great breakfast buffet. Service was outstanding. rooms were clean. I did not use the workout area. Front desk people were helpful. The bellman were teriffic.

This was my third time in Quito, first one in this hotel. I chose it because it is near (about 1-2 min walking) to where I had to go for work. We stayed at the Sheraton Quito for two nights. Everyone at the hotel is helpful and courteous. The rooms are excellent. Be sure to have the buffet breakfast, the selection and quality are amazing. There is a large indoor hot tub with jets on the 11th floor which is a great way to unwind after a long flight.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, shuttle to and from the airport, great breakfast buffet. It's located across the street from a mall about a 10 minute drive from the airport.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent service. We were upgraded to a suite that was large and comfortable. Breakfasts were quite expensive.
