We spend a night in Valparaiso in Dec. 2011. We found all the positive reviews of Hostal Nomades confirmed. It's a very friendly place, very clean, with a very strong "artsy" touch. Perfect place to stay in Valparaiso. Bohemian atmosphere, close to all things Valpo. Beautiful house, with paintings and decor made by the owner. Welcoming staff.

Excelent spot to stay! Huge house and friendly owners! Deco is amazing and the bed was comfortable! The brekky was suculent!

Lovely house run by lovely people. Breakfast, as others have mentioned, is not a token slice or two of toast + indifferent coffee, but includes freshly prepared fruit salad, home-made cake and proper coffee. And the next day it will be just as good but different. Our stay, albeit a brief one (2 nights), was memorable and enjoyable.

Lovely/helpfull staff, great decoration, clean rooms and bathrooms, tasty breakfast, good location, complete shared accessory's (cable tv, kitchen, washer, oven, fridge), and all this for a very honest(cheap) price! This hostel is without a doubt one in a million.
