Have stayed here twice (first time when the next door Intercontinental asked for exorbitant rates). The location is excellent, right by the business district and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants. Breakfast could be better, but no complaints about hygiene. Rooms are great, wifi works well. Helpful staff.

This hotel is one of my favourite hotels when in Santiago for business: good location, big and clean rooms, professional staff and the price is okay. Just around the corner there are some good restaurants and a great wine store. I can recommend this hotel.

This Holiday Inn express is in a VERY nice part of Santiago. The rooms are well kept, updated and spotless. Staff was very friendly, but we only found a few who spoke English. The room was very spacious with a huge tv. The AC could have been more powerful. Plenty of towels and bathroom as well as room very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok, though the breakfast room was very full and it was difficult to get a seat.
