Kind of funky hotel, hallways seem tattered, beds were fine, expected a bit more for the price but loved the location. List of good restaurants and shopping near by. Felt very safe.

All we needed was a place to sleep because we had an early flight out of Santiago and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This fit the bill and then some. It was inexpensive $99 for 3 and in a nice, safe location. The hotel was clean and our room was a good size with comfortable beds. The... More

My wife went back to the Hotel around midnight and left they key at the front desk. When I arrived at 1pm I rang the doorbell and knocked and noone oppened for me. Very dissapointed. I had to wait good 30 minutes to get in. Someone from the building next door helped me.

we stayed 3 nights. We did upgrade to an air conditioned room since it was hot out, but all in all, the hotel was very nice and comfortable. good area in town too, with access to the subway a couple blocks away. it is right off the main road, so it was quiet at night. would recommend it to others... Pretty basic accommodations with some character in a very good location near public transit, restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly enough. Special thanks to Dennis R. at the front desk who was fantastic! He really went out of his way to ensure we had a nice stay. The rooms were simple, but clean. The breakfast was decent. The price... Excellent location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast (scrambled eggs very yummy). This is not a big hotel - it is very much like a large B&B. The bedroom & bathroom were fine; clean and comfortable. We had a room facing the street and it was surprisingly quiet at night even though there is a bar up the road. The price was... More

Our twin room was very small and was a bit tired and grubby. You couldn't stand up in much of the room as the ceiling was slanted. Breakfast was in the basement and it felt a bit depressing down there. The staff were friendly enough and the location is ok, it's about a 5 min walk to the nearest metro.

This review is extremely current and must be viewed as such. Caution: There is heavy construction about 20-30 feet from most of the rooms and the noise is relentless. I stayed there Friday October 15- Monday October 18. (Luckily I got there late in afternoon Friday and left early Monday and Sunday there is no work). This hotel should not... More

Stayed just one night, but enjoyed the hotel, small rooms but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Just a block or so off the main street with lots of restaurants. Owner speaks English and was very helpful with advice. Only drawback is no elevator.

For the price, this was an fine hotel. I had a rate of $68/night. However, the rooms were dingy, my towels were in a plastic bag in the bathroom with shampoo and soap. The breakfast was a piece of toast, a slice of cheese, and instant coffee. The staff was very nice and arranged me a taxi to the airport.... More
