It is a family owned hotel, extremely clean, excellent bed linen, towels, etc. New rooms are much better, more pricey but worth it. Small but nicely located pool in summer time. Very good included breakfast plan, italian food at lunch and dinner, normal prices. I truly like it.

I've never stayed in a hotel before that purposely cut off the central air conditioning to all guest rooms at night! Santiago has its share of humidity even at night, and the sleeping conditions were pretty bad. Combine that with no hot water in the morning, and a pretty anemic continental breakfast, and.... never again.

Firstly I booked a "no smoking" room and smelled smoke upon entering our room. We immediately moved to another "no smoking" room and there was an ashtray on the bureau. I stayed here for one night before flying back to the UK. It is a nice hotel with very good amenities and in a good location. The room got a little hot in the night as it was 30 degrees outside but you could open the windows. The breakfast was fairly decent too. I would stay here again.
