An inexpensive tourist hotel in a nice neighborhood. Close to the metro station. While it doesn't have free WI-FI there is a Starbucks a block away if you just need to check e-mail. There was a problem with the A/C when we arrived causing our sixth floor room to vibrate. They moved us to four, which was better. And of... More

It is a family owned hotel, extremely clean, excellent bed linen, towels, etc. New rooms are much better, more pricey but worth it. Small but nicely located pool in summer time. Very good included breakfast plan, italian food at lunch and dinner, normal prices. I truly like it.

I've never stayed in a hotel before that purposely cut off the central air conditioning to all guest rooms at night! Santiago has its share of humidity even at night, and the sleeping conditions were pretty bad. Combine that with no hot water in the morning, and a pretty anemic continental breakfast, and.... never again.

Hotel Torremayor is conveniently located in the heart of Providencia and within easy walking distance to the Los Leones Metro station. However, the hotel suffers from a few major flaws that I think are worth sharing with other travelers thinking about staying here. I chose this hotel not only for its location, but the fact that the rooms are advertised... More

We stayed at this hotel on our arrival and departure from Chile. On arrival we had a superior room which was nice large and clean. Air conditioning worked well and the hotel gives you a welcome drink on arrival - we chose Pisco Sours and were not disappointed! The room service/bar menue is limited, as is the dinner menu but... Stayed three nights at this great hotel in Santiago, situated in the nice area of Providencia. We had a superior room, which is more than 60 sqm and very comfortable. Modern bathroom, nice furniture and very clean! Each afternoon the staff came with new towels and a plate of tasty chocolate pralines!!! Pool area was great and in a very... More

Firstly I booked a "no smoking" room and smelled smoke upon entering our room. We immediately moved to another "no smoking" room and there was an ashtray on the bureau. Fortunately the windows open up and gave us plenty of fresh air. Although relatively clean there was mold on the bathroom tile grout in the shower. The bathroom air vents... More

We stayed at the hotel prior to departing to JFK from Santiago. The hotel was in the Providenzia area, and had friendly staff. However, we had a few issues with the hotel. Perhaps, this may be a younger generation desire, but the WiFi was not free. Almost every other place we had stayed at in Chile had free WiFi. Second,... More

I stayed here for one night before flying back to the UK. It is a nice hotel with very good amenities and in a good location. The room got a little hot in the night as it was 30 degrees outside but you could open the windows. The breakfast was fairly decent too. I would stay here again.
