I stay here quite often. I am in Santiago on business very regularly and i stay here almost everytime, unless they are full. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. They also have a great happy hour every evening. It's also really close to some great restaurants and the Parque Arauco.

Because our plane had been seriously delayed we arrived at 4.45 am. Nevertheless the reception staff were wide awake and the porter was on duty to carry up our bags. The hotel is great. Very comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful service. Breakfast was execellent as was the lunch we subsequently had. Great selection of well prepared, tasty dishes. Can't fault it.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are pleasant but a little dated in decor. We had a very enjoyable stay with no major complaints whatsoever.
