Stayed here on business. Great, safe location. Loved that it was close to the mall. Pool was awesome and the workout area (spa) was clean and nice. I just wish it would have opened earlier than 6 am!!! More

The room was nice, we were at the top, on the 18th floor, so the view was stunning. Big windows and a split level, with the bed higher so you can watch the city from there. While everything worked ok (apart from the roomsafe) there was a general feeling that a bit of decoration is required. Service was good, discreet... More

It was our first night in a hotel in Latin America ever - and we loved it. Our room on the 9th floor was exactly in the 'middle' of the floor and offered spectacular views to the Andes and further uptown. The room was spacious, two parts separated by a two step stair which gave the entire room a feel... More

We were at the same IFTA conference as Pausanias. I didn't notice the bathroom being tired, but did enjoy the strong power of the shower head. There were several accessible plugs so we were able to power up our phone, iPad, camera batteries... The room has two levels with the bed higher, and then the lower area has a desk,... More

If you do not mind staying in an 80s era palace with very heavy security and removed from the center of town, then this place is for you. The restaurants on the property are pretty good but very pricey. Not ideal if you simply want to play tourist in the city More

This is a great hotel with beautiful ground, an excellent Thai restaurant (especially if you are not into non spicy boil/grilled fish and many types of potatoes ). The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The lobby is very interesting with the elevator going up in grand spiral. More

The hotel is very dated and worn. Not becoming of a Hyatt. I can only stess Hyatt needs to reconsider their South American strategy. The Hyatt in Mendoza, Argentina was also dated and worn. More

OK so we don't stay in hotels like this all the time but we were seriously impressed. All the staff - and I mean all of them - were pleasant, multi-lingual and friendly. We stayed on the Club Level - 16th Floor - and the breakfast and canapés were wonderful. The pool was to die for, it was cold but... More

Try to arrive at night for in the morning the view from your CinemaScope window is a tremendously uplifting start to the day. A fantastic cityscape and the backdrop of the Andes. The room does nothing to compete with this, being modernly muted as well as split-level with a spacious seating and desk area, ultra-quick internet, a wonderfully comfy bed,... More

I stayed here Jan 5-6, 2010 but Tripadvisor won't let me choose that date. This was the joining hotel of a Lindblad Antarctica trip, and it did not disappoint. The room was huge, clean & quiet, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the view was great. Bottled water was included in the room. The location here in the financial district... More
