Rooms are small and dark. Decoration is non existant. And breakfast is poor.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a large hotel with 5 floors, neat, comfortable and clean rooms. It is well located close to 2 metro stations, Los Leones and Pedro de Valdiva, and Providencia appears a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. A good hotel, organized, clean. The staff has some attentive, others not as. The location is good, safe, close to everything that a good residential neighborhood can offer. The hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and a safe area to walk around. The hotel lobby is nice. However, the hotel has some fundamental flaws.
