Pros - Moderate price (for this area), new construction, nicely decorated rooms, free/fast in-room wi-fi. Walk to shopping, subway, park. Cons - Poor soundproofing between rooms. Public spaces (lobby) poorly laid out, restaurant has VERY limited hours of operation.

Nice hotel , good and comfortable location. Clean rooms with free Wi Fi (but slow) . Breakfast OK , can be improved for the price. Not low price. Go to the mall in front of the hotel, the biggest in santiago.

Hotel good, rooms bit small air conditioning does not work properly. No room service after 11 pm . That is not stated in hotels web page. Arrived at 11:30 pm and could not get any warm food not even coffee. Breakfast buffet ok.

Very nice rooms with mountain views. The staff at the reception is very helpful and available. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very nice neighborhood with metro station close. Taxis called from the reception charge too much!
