We went there in 2005 and came back in 2011. The hotel is just perfect. Exceptional stuff, very polite. The lobby is huge, awesome and so is the restaurant, the lounge and the bar. Rooms are big, cozy, well decorated. Bathrooms are nice too. The view from our room was spectacular! You can see the Andes Cordillera, so beautiful! Localization... More

In Santiago I always get to choose Marriott because it is an American name that tradition continues with this hotel chain all over the world to which they belong. The attention of the staff is always first class, the smiles of employees are always sincere and genuine and the rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable, I wish... More

The hotel is well, located, has a beautiful lobby, and friendly staff. We had to change a room as it was smokey and dirty (classified non-smoking), and this was after their airport pick up service never showed up to meet us. So, we were scammed for extra costs by a taxi. We originally had issues with their contracted tour services that... More

We walked into the lobby of the hotel and was shocked that it was under major renovation. The noise from the jack hammers was unbearable. They said that it was set for completion in June 2012. Luckily we got a room on the 15th floor and the noise level was muted. The hotel room was beautifully furnished and very clean.... More

We stayed at this hotel before and after our flights to Easter Island. Despite the lobby renovation taking place, we had a terrific experience. I can't think of any negatives. The staff was beyond friendly. From the time we stepped out of the taxi, the staff was greeting us, opening doors and taking care of our luggage. I really think... More

Everything was awesome! Great service, huge rooms with a great view and very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast (try the mushrooms with herbs). The hotel is in Las Condes, not too close to Providencia , which is where tourists ususlly stay, but there's a subway station about two (large) blocks away. The neighborhood (and the whole city) is great for a... More

Due to high occupancy in Santiago I ended up paying $550 per night for a basic room on the 4th floor overlooking the car-park. At this price you would expect an amenity or two. No chance. No free wi-fi, breakfast not included, let alone access to a club floor/lounge. If a hotel is going to sting you on rate, they... More

The hotel was in a perfect location, Sanhattan, and our room had a lovely view of the hills surrounding Santiago. We used the hotel for a wine tour as well as airport transfers and the price was reasonable compared to a regular cab, but much more comfortable. This hotel was definitely a notch above your regular Marriott. The food was... More

This was my first trip to Chile and as I spend a large portion of my time on business staying in Asian Marriott's I decided to give them some brand loyalty. I was dissapointed. On checkin I asked for direction to the club floor to checkin. There isn't a club reception, so you have to checkin at the front desk.... More

The hotel has 3 towers. If you want to use the SPA, you should use the Orient Tower (Torre Oriente) with elevators next to it. If your room is another tower and if you want to use their SPA, you must cross the lobby and reception which is a little indiscrete. Their gym is quite good and modern. Their restaurant... More
