“Good room but terrible reception.”

The hotel is situated in a good location for visiting the historic sights of the city, the rooms are nice but the reception staff are rude and do not want to help you. This hotel is located centrally and within 10 minutes of the main streets and shopping areas. There are about 30 units located in a rental apartment building. These are self contained, modern apartments, which are really well laid out - for us anyway! They occupy the top 3 floors of a building with private residents, hence the reception for Infinity is on the 10th Floor, not the one on the ground floor, when you first walk in!
