When arriving I was more like a surprice to the reception. The responsible staff are not at the hotel. It is a seperate company. I had to wait for the room until somebody arrived with the key. Had booked sister property which was full on check-in and transferred here by private car at no additional charge. What a wonderful surprise! Room was smaller that originally booked, but a fantastic view of Santiago from large balcony! And the location!!!!! This hotel consists of apartments with a shared reception. The receptions function is mainly security and calling the owner/contact for the specific apartment. Apartment is well furbished with a kitchen, oven and microwave but no dishwasher. Also a seating area and separate bedroom.
