These are only a few appartments in a large building. There is no service, what so ever. There is no reception, you only get an envelope with the keys from a guard on arrival. Not as advertised, TV not hooked up to cable, no hair dryer, room not clean enough, found hairs in my bed and bathtub. There was no top sheet. Poor breakfast. No safety deposit box. This is an apartment style accommodation option, very centrally based in Santiago. Accommodation is not cheap in this city, but this place was great value for money.
