We stayed for two nights prior to a cruise. Could not have found a friendlier, more helpful staff. Everyone spoke enough English to help us get by. You are in the best location to walk to most sights and restaurants. In front of the hotel is a bus stop for multiple buses. Park Forestal starts right across the street. We... More

We stayed for several nights at the AH Hotel on both ends of our trip to Easter Island. We really loved what we experienced there. The desk staff (especially Douglas!) was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. The shower is wonderful! We stayed in the second room on the first floor across... More

Our stay was very nice for 2 nights, pre South America cruise. Helpful staff spoke good English. Rooms were spacious, clean but showing their age, paint, floor, doors, bare walls. Did not spend much time in our room so we did not need anything 3 stars. The wifi is almost non existent. Weak signal if you can get on. Go... More

Stayed here for one night at the end of a cruise, then 3 nights after a connecting side trip. Luxury it is not, but neither is the price The few staff there are helpful. One has to ring the bell to gain access, but nothing wrong with security measures, and the location places it close to the market, Plaza de Armas.and... More

Very basic hotel with very basic continental breakfast - white bread only - but clean, and bed comfortable, our room was a little tired and in need of some TLC but it was at the back and quiet but with people returning after midnight their voices do echo up the stairwell and the light shies in if the makeshift curtain... I used this hotel with a group of students traveling through Chile. The management and staff were the best of any hotel we used. They go out of their way to accommodate and make the experience pleasurable. We are returning this May with 17 students. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is great and the cost is superb. While not... More

This hotel has positive aspects in large rooms, good price for Santiago, and great location if you want to be in the central area of museums and Mercado Central. Their Superior Double room has a bedroom with king size bed, a large modern bathroom, and a living room/kitchenette. The bedroom was very nice. The living room was fairly sparsely furnished... More

Dear Guest I apologize for the inconvenience. We have been working with the local authorities to solve the dogs issue, and things are going to better, but some nights the dogs are in the neighborhood again and bother everybody around here. Unfortunatelly is something out of our scope. More

Recently stayed here and enjoyed the location and the large room that we were given, especially for the money spent. The hotel is located within a 10-20 minute walk to the downtown historical areas, the Belles Artes museum, as well as Bellavista. There is easy access to the subway and bus lines and the Mercado Central is just a short... More
